  • 实验室洁净空调系统的安装应该注意什么?

    1.空调系统划分:洁净空调系统更主要的作用就是消除热湿干扰及尘埃污染,以便保持实验室内的空气品质。目前,洁净空调系统主要分为集中式、分散式、半集中式这3类。

    3.新风量计算:想要准确计算量计算必须有3个参数,第1个是补偿室内排风量和保持室内正压所需新风量之和,第2个是室内每人新风量不应小于40m?/h,第3个是新风量取保持正压所需新风量与补偿室内排风量之和。

    4.送风量计算:需要按照换气次数来计算,且洁净室的洁净度等级不同,换气次数也不同。具体来说,万级、10万级、100万级洁净室的换气次数分别为25h-1、15h-1、10h-1。此外,计算时可以选几个热湿负荷较大的房间,根据热湿负荷数值来计算房间送风量。

    5.空调方案确定:所谓空调方案,主指气流组织选择,且有技术要求、送风与回风指标这2个参数。参数由实验室使用者提供,按生物制品生产洁净要求设计。

    6.空调机组设计选型:首先来看机组内部,其内部要光洁,且易于清洁,内部表面与内部零件材料要耐腐蚀。其次来看表冷器冷凝水排出口,此设备应具备自动防倒吸功能。此外,压差计用于机组内各级空气过滤器前后,并做好箱体密封。
