    1、实验室设计建造、安全工作制度或安全标准操作程序,应符合现行《实验室生物安全通用要求》GB19489的要求。
    1. The design and construction of the laboratory, the safety work system or the safety standard operating procedures shall meet the requirements of the current general requirements for laboratory biosafety (gb19489).
    2、PCR根据工作步骤划分为四个功能区域,即试剂储存和准备区、标本制备区、扩增区、扩增产物分析区,如果具备实时荧光PCR仪,扩增与产物分析区可以合并。各功能区域必须有明确的标记,不同功能区域内的设备、物品不得混用。
    2. PCR is divided into four functional areas according to the working steps, namely, reagent storage and preparation area, sample preparation area, amplification area and amplification product analysis area.     PCR实验室的空气流向可按照试剂储存和准备区→标本制备区→扩增区→扩增产物分析区进行,防止扩增产物顺空气气流进入扩增前的区域。可按照从试剂储存和准备区→标本制备区→扩增区→扩增产物分析区方向空气压力递减的方式进行。可通过安装排风扇、负压排风装置或其他可行的方式实现。
    The air flow direction of PCR laboratory can be carried out according to reagent storage and preparation area → sample preparation area → amplification area → amplification product analysis area to prevent amplification products from entering the area before amplification along the air flow.     4、实验室的清洁应当按试剂贮存和准备区→标本制备区→扩增区→扩增产物分析区的方向进行。不同的实验区域应当有其各自的清洁用具以防止交叉污染。
    4. The laboratory shall be cleaned in the direction of reagent storage and preparation area → sample preparation area → amplification area → amplification product analysis area. Different experimental areas should have their own cleaning appliances to prevent cross contamination.
    5、工作结束后,必须立即对工作区进行清洁。工作区的实验台表面应当可耐受诸如次氯酸钠的化学物质的消毒清洁作用。
