The building decoration of dust-free workshop area and control area shall be easy to clean and maintain, and the surface shall be smooth without falling off of particulate matter. According to the requirements of the specification, the interior decoration engineering should generally meet several requirements.
The enclosure structure and interior decoration materials of the dust-free workshop should be materials with good air tightness and small deformation when the temperature and humidity change; the surface of the wall and ceiling should be smooth, free from dust, dust, corrosion, impact and easy to clean. In order to make the building surface of the dust-free workshop less dust and easy to clean, concave and convex surfaces should be avoided or reduced in the building structure. The joints between the wall and the ground, between the wall and the ceiling, and between the wall and the wall should not be made into general right angles, but should be made into rounded corners with a radius greater than or equal to 50 mm. The color of the wall coating should be harmonious, elegant and plain, so as to show the pollutants on the wall. Similarly, the ground should be smooth, seamless, wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, impact resistant, no accumulation of static electricity, easy to dust cleaning.
In order to avoid the dust-free workshop polluted by particles and microorganisms in the technical interlayer, the wall and ceiling should be plastered (high-grade plastering). If it is necessary to replace the high-energy filter in the technical mezzanine, the wall and ceiling in the mezzanine should also be coated with paint. The surface decoration of supply air duct, return air duct and return air trench shall be compatible with the whole supply air and return air system, and easy to clean and disinfect.
The doors, windows and inner wall should be flat, and the windowsill should not be left as far as possible. The number of layers of external windows and the structure of doors and windows should be comprehensively considered according to the pollution degree of outdoor air, indoor and outdoor design temperature, humidity, indoor and outdoor pressure difference, and the cleanliness of the room, so as to ensure that the structure can play a sealing role in the air and water vapor, so that the pollutants are not easy to invade from the outside, and can avoid condensation on the inner surface. In order to prevent the cross contamination in the clean area, the gaps between the interior doors, windows and partitions should be sealed. The shape of doors and windows shall be simple, and threshold shall not be set for cleaning.
In order to ensure the cleanliness of the workshop, the windows in the clean area should be sealed. Windows between air-conditioned area and non air-conditioned area shall be provided with double windows, at least one of which shall be fixed. In addition, the contact doors between dust-free workshops of different cleaning levels should be closed, flat, simple in shape, and the doors should be opened in the direction of high level.
