4： Design of electronic control system
This is one of the basic systems of the laboratory. The electricity consumption is usually divided into two parts: lighting and power. Among them, lighting power is used for laboratory lighting, and power is used for power supply of various instruments, elevators, air conditioners, etc.
The power supply of the laboratory shall be AC and DC power supply, and the socket shall be single-phase and three-phase power supply with leakage protection switch, overload protection switch and voltage stabilizing requirements. If there is an instrument analysis laboratory, there should be anti electromagnetic interference, grounding and electromagnetic protection.
5： Design of air supply system
There are four kinds of gases that need to be used in the experimental project, namely: non combustible gas (argon, helium, etc.), combustible gas and combustion supporting gas. The gas is piped into the laboratory, making it necessary to seal online.
6： Design of exhaust system
The experimental research project may produce some harmful gases, so the exhaust is very important. We should not only ensure safety, but also save energy. Specifically, the exhaust equipment mainly includes: fume hood, atomic absorption hood, universal hood, ceiling hood, platform hood, etc.
